The recruiting process for joining Excellence consists of three conversations:

Interview with HR specialist: evaluation of the training route pursued, any previous professional experience and motivation of the candidate, including aptitude testing

In-depth Interview with a Manager: analysis of a business case, examination of professional skills; assessment of the potential of the candidate
